Every week I read the city's public datasets and feeds — property, licensing, courts, delinquency, distress and the local news wires — and write up what actually changed since the last issue. Not commentary. A short, sourced list of what moved, with links to the underlying records.
One email a week. Plain text and a readable HTML version. Every item cites the record or story it came from, so you can check it yourself.
This is a pilot. It is assembled by one person from public sources that are already being collected; it is not a newsroom and not investment advice. If a week has nothing worth reporting, you get a short note saying so rather than filler.
